TUFFA® Product Warranty

TUFFA® stands behind the quality of its products. We warrant all our products against defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

COVERAGE

WARRANTY TERMS

During the warranty period, TUFFA® will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to have defects in materials or workmanship.

EXCLUSIONS

Please Note: This warranty is void if the product is treated in a manner that results in Unfair Wear and Tear. Examples of such treatment include:

Using the product in an application for which it was not designed.
Exposing the product to chemicals for which it was not designed to protect against.
Modifying the product in any way without the approval of Tuffa Workwear.
Failing to care for the product in accordance with the provided care instructions.

HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact TUFFA® Workwear at hello@tuffa.com.au. We will guide you through the process and ensure your claim is handled promptly and professionally.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOUR RIGHTS

This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. TUFFA® shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
